All sales are final. No refunds will be issued on class tickets or participation fees under any circumstances. We encourage all attendees and teachers to review all event details carefully before purchasing or registering.

Photo & Video Consent: By attending any Queen City Academy of Spiritual Arts event, you acknowledge and agree that photography, video recording, and live streaming may occur throughout the event. Your image, likeness, and voice may be captured and used for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes across social media, websites, and other platforms. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, it is your responsibility to notify event staff upon arrival.
